PITCH A Cybertronian who long dreamed of a peaceful world where every Cybertronian could stand as equal. An outlier with powerful hearing and telepathic abilities. A loyal Decepticon who has become disillusioned with Megatron. Rejecting conquest, Soundwave bids to return the Decepticon to their original pacifistic roots who advocate for equality amongst Cybertronians, as well as changing himself to be a better person, shedding away the cold, calculating Decepticon who skulked under Megatron's shadow back during the war. After a certain event on Earth, Soundwave did the unthinkable and joined forces with Optimus Prime, though still proudly wears the Decepticon badge. Through his alliance with Optimus, Soundwave learned that humans are deserving of equality as much as Cybertronians. Realizing his errors, he's making the effort to amend himself of his past crimes.
