Not so much a limit, but just thought I would mention that since Rich has an AI that can "talk" to him in his brain, Soundwave is free to hear his SQUIP's words as well!

I just realized I had never filled this out pffft.

Reading Soundwave or Laserbeak's mind is fair game! Since TFP offers next to zero info on Soundwave, I go with him having really amazing hearing, but having put it more into being able to hear the movement of joints well enough to predict movement since he started off as a gladiator. So he wouldn't have any way to block telepathy.

SO Soundwave is a telepath and has super hearing. He can read minds, emotions, thoughts of just about anyone. He won't be deliberately reading minds nor be eavesdropping on people unless he has good reasons (read: player permission is given). While Soundwave does not try to read deep into people's thoughts and emotions, he can occasionally still hear stray thoughts or surface level emotions. Said surface level emotions are also what helped him navigate social interactions, because he sucks at socializing without his telepathy.
